We need the Internet for all our basic needs as well, say for grocery shopping, managing bank accounts, managing travel arrangements, the list is endless. Most of the devices (“things”) that we use on a daily basis are controlled by remotes and at times by applications on our mobile devices. This has led to a “network” of its own and it is commonly called as “Internet of Things”.
